Shipping Info

Every order is packed with care in our studio in Athens and sent off with lots of attention (and a little excitement).

Processing time
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order pieces are prepared within 5–10 business days, as they are created or finished especially for you. If anything takes a little longer, you’ll always be notified.

Shipping methods

Studio pickup
You’re welcome to collect your order directly from the studio by appointment. Just send a message after placing your order and we’ll arrange a suitable time.

Within Greece
• ACS Courier
• BOX NOW — locker pickup (available in supported areas)

Cyprus
• BOX NOW — locker pickup where available
If this option doesn’t suit you, feel free to get in touch and I’ll gladly arrange an alternative delivery method.

Within Europe
• Hellenic Post (ELTA) — tracked postal delivery

International orders
For shipping outside Europe, please get in touch before placing your order so I can arrange the best delivery option for your location.

Delivery estimates
• Greece: 1–5 business days
• Cyprus: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 7-14 business days

Delivery times may vary once your order is shipped, depending on the carrier and customs.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

We cannot guarantee that your parcel will be tracked online after leaving Greece; that depends on the services provided by your National Post Carrier.

Customs
International orders may have customs or import fees depending on your country. These are set by local authorities and aren’t included in your order total.
